Working With Us

Flair For Care is a multi-faceted services business. We provide services to the aged and disability sectors as well as the community services, insurance compensation, fee-for-service consumers and business and property consumers.

Depending on your checks, qualifications, experiences, preferences and abilities, you could be providing personal care to a client in the morning, having lunch with a client in a social support service and finishing your day taking a client to a community support activity or providing office or cleaning services.

Flair For Care uses a “self-organising teams” service model (non micro-management), meaning that, although employed or contracted by Flair For Care, all team members are required to have excellent time-management skills and initiative to be able to effectively manage themselves and provide acceptable, efficient and accountable supports and services to their rostered clients.

If you are currently providing any care and/or supports to a government-funded client (cannot be a relative or spouse to you) and they would like to retain you as their preferred support worker or if you know someone who would like you to be their preferred support worker, Flair For Care is currently registered with several My Aged Care Registered Providers. Any client that is on a Home Care Package (HCP) can switch to these providers and be able to retain/obtain your services as an employee or contractor through Flair For Care, as long as you are appropriately qualified and meet the registered provider’s worker eligibility criteria.

Any self-managed HCP or NDIS recipient or other brokerage-type registered provider can also contract Flair For Care to be a service provider to them, ensuring that they would retain you as their preferred support worker, if eligible.

Our service model also extends to the community services, insurance compensation, general public, real estate agents and business consumers.
