Flair For Care is not currently a NDIS registered business, therefore we can only service self-managed and plan-managed participants. We may register in the future if it becomes viable to do so. You can find more information here: NDIS Commission – Unregistered Providers.
Worker Checks: Our vetted support workers are qualified and worker checked (Police, WWC and NDISWC) where required to provide services and supports to clients. Flair For Care is an NDIS Employer, so we can process NDIS worker checks in-house, having access to the NDIS Worker Screening Database.
Client-Directed and Client-Centred Care: We can customise and tailor our services to best meet your preferences, needs or requirements, if we are able to do so. For recurring services, we strive to offer you your preferred choice of service days, times and support worker(s) to suit your needs, if available. This service model helps provide you with service continuity to help foster trust, reliability and accountability in your support worker and the Flair For Care team.
Premises & Property: We do offer premises & property services for lawn and garden care to our clients if they cannot source the service elsewhere, however, at present, it is not part of our Core Supports. We do offer other premises & property services as part of our core supports and services such as windows (internal and external ground floor), gutter cleaning, hoarding and clutter situations, pressure-washing and our Help Around The Home Initiative (HATHI).
