Feedback and Complaints

Flair For Care encourages all feedback about our supports and services that you receive from us, including when you are not satisfied. You are entitled to make, without fear of reprisal, any complaint about the provision of your services.

My Aged Care

A My Aged Care recipient can complete our online Feedback & Complaints Form or download and complete the Consumer Feedback Form and send back to us.  Alternatively, you have the right to complain through other channels. You can go to our Aged Care Resources page, scroll to the Advocacy/Rights section and click on the How to make a complaint link. This link will take you to the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

NDIS participants, their families, advocates or members of the public can complete the online NDIS Complaint Form or download the NDIS Complaint Form and send back to us. Alternatively, you have the right to complain through other channels. You can go to our NDIS/Disability Resources page, scroll down to the Advocacy/Rights section and click on the How to make a complaint link. This link will take you to the NDIS Commission page.

All other clients and consumers

If you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint directly to us, you can complete our online Feedback & Complaints Form or download and complete the Consumer Feedback Form and send back to us. You can also contact Fair Trading NSW to make a complaint. You also have the right to get help from an advocate to help you make a complaint.
