Feedback and Complaints

Flair For Care encourages all feedback about our supports and services that you receive from us, including when you are not satisfied. You are entitled to make, without fear of reprisal, any complaint about the provision of your services. You can read our Complaints and Feedback Policy or download it here.

If you would like to provide feedback directly to us, you can complete our online Feedback & Complaints Form or download and complete the Consumer Feedback Form and send back to us.

For NDIS participants, please complete the online NDIS Complaint Form or download the NDIS Complaint Form and send back to us.

Alternatively, you have the right to complain through other channels. For Aged Care recipients, click here to go to our Aged Care Resources page; for NDIS participants, click here to go to our NDIS/Disability Resources page for sector-specific information. You also have the right to engage an advocate to act with you or on your behalf.
