Child or Young Person Support

building connection, confidence and capability

At Flair For Care, we offer dedicated, compassionate support to children and young people across a range of life situations and needs. Whether your child is supported under the NDIS, receives assistance through a community service program, or you’re seeking help privately on a fee-for-service basis, you can trust that their care will be delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with their individual goals and circumstances.

Our services are designed to meet the needs of children and youth living with disability, experiencing family hardship, navigating mental health challenges, or simply needing practical support at home or in the community. We also support families facing challenges, vulnerability, complex life transitions, or social isolation.

Our principal is fully cleared to work with children and young people, holding both the NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDISWC) and the NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC). This means we meet strict national and state requirements for safe, child-centred practice.

We offer child or young person clients the services we offer all of our clients, such as daily living supports personal care, hygiene assistance, meal prep, light domestic help, in-home and day respite short-term or overnight care, giving carers a break, social & community access school transport, outings, recreational support, medical appointments, emotional support and wellbeing companionship, mentoring, and gentle guidance and advocacy and practical help support at appointments (medical, legal, psychological), digital access help (e.g., Telehealth, online forms), and more.

Whether your support is through an NDIS plan, a local community service, or you’re paying privately, we tailor our approach to suit your child’s needs, interests, safety requirements, and comfort. Our goal is always to build connection, confidence, and capability—while giving families peace of mind.
