Complaints and Feedback

Flair For Care encourages all feedback about our supports and services that you receive from us, including when you are not satisfied. You are entitled to make, without fear of reprisal, any complaint about the provision of your services. You can read our Complaints and Feedback Policy below or download it from the Complaints and Feedback Policy button.

If you would like to provide feedback directly to us, please download our Consumer Feedback Form and return it to our email or postal address provided on the form. Alternatively, you have the right to complain through other channels. For an Aged Care recipient, you can click on the Aged Care Resources button; for a NDIS participant, click on the NDIS/Disability Resources button for sector-specific information. You also have the right to engage an advocate to act with you or on your behalf.
