About Us

Home and Community Care Services

Flair For Care was established to help address a genuine need and demand for flexible and effective care in our Home and Community Care-based Aged Care, Disability, Community Services and Insurance Compensation sectors.

We designed our business to be able to support all types of care service providers servicing the Armidale and surrounding areas to continue to provide high quality services and supports to their clients on an ad-hoc/casual basis or on a regular/contract basis in situations where they may not be able to provide their usual services or supports to their clients or consumers for various reasons.

We have extended our services to include support and services for self-managed aged care or NDIS clients, community services clients, insurance compensation clients and general consumers looking for services. We have also created a concession initiative to help ease the cost of services for private-paying aged care/disability pensioners and men in crisis.

In these sectors, our core business values are to deliver compassionate, accountable and non-judgemental quality client-centred care, which aims to work with you to provide the supports and services that you need, when you need them, if we can.

We support our Home and Community Care clients to maintain their independence, quality of life, advocacy and wellbeing while also supporting their ability to remain living independently at home and supporting their choices in how and when they receive support.

Our mission as a family-owned business is to empower and enrich lives by providing quality and compassionate care whilst ensuring our underpinning values of compassion, dignity, respect, accountability and quality are at our core when providing care and support in an environment where the client’s dignity, wellbeing and independence are our main focus.
